#16th Day

So sorry for not posting my 30 days challenge timeline readers wehhehe

but for sure, i did my challenge everyday (except in 9th and 14th because i have other schedule in the morning hhehe)

and do you know what? now i did fitness tooooo :) YEAY!

and the record for today is :
i did 30 minutes for 4++ km without stop YEEEEEE!

p.s : sakina melakukan ini bukan untuk kurus, tapi untuk mengembalikkan stamina pada saat masih muda dulu *heya hhaha
