#18th day
so hmm this is the 8th day since my first time go to the fitness area wehhehe
and i really have improvement on my cardio i think, because i can running 5 minutes non-stop and done my 4km in 28 minutes yeeeee :)
but, do you want to now my weight now? neither raising nor decreasing, still same.. around 60kg hmm hehe.. sorry i'm not thin, but, i will not say my self sexy but i call my self with "bohai" hhaha
because nowadays alot of actress who want to have a sport body isn't? but sorry if i'm wrong, i just want to be proud of my self hhaha
AND THE GOOD NEWS is :
i feel really great! i just can't wait to be in my 30 days and fell the differences of my healthy posture wkwk
